Medford Overcoming Addiction Annual "Kicking Addiction" Kickball Tournament Fundraiser - In Memory of Michael Phillips.

There will be food, refreshments, music, resource tables, 50/50 - and of course some kickball! This is a family fun event for all to join! Let’s work together to break the stigma, raise awareness, and kick addiction in Medford!

All funds collected will go to a scholarship fund for men and women in early recovery to gain access to support services and healthy living arrangements, such as a sober house or other types of recovery houses.

TEAM REGISTRATION
$15 per person
Each team must have at least 1 female.
Each team consists of 10-13 players.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Platinum Sponsor: Your $1000.00 Tax Deductible Sponsorship provides you with Silver and Gold benefits, plus two-yard signs printed with your logo and company name to be posted during the event and sent with you for your use later!

Gold Sponsor: Your $750.00 Tax Deductible Sponsorship provides you with Silver benefits, plus a prominent space for your banner to hang during the tournament.

Silver Sponsor: Your $500.00 Tax Deductible donation provides you with "sponsorship" status in all PR and at the event; and space for a table.

Team Sponsor: Your $200.00 Tax Deductible donation connects you to a team that could wear your logo and information.

RESOURCE TABLES: No fee to register for a resource table to bring your organization to the community!!
